David Oldham
President & Owner
David serves as President of Seal Company, continuing the family legacy started by his father. Having grown up around the business, David developed a deep appreciation for Seal Company’s commitment to quality and customer partnerships. After an early career in meteorology and technology leadership roles in IT and software, he returned to Seal Company to guide its next chapter of growth.
Since becoming President in 2012, David has focused on strengthening Seal Company’s foundation while expanding into new industries and technologies. He is dedicated to maintaining the company’s reputation as a trusted partner across defense, aerospace, energy, and industrial markets. Under his leadership, Seal Company continues to live out its promise: “When it has to be right.”
Wendy Hudgens
Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance, Wendy helps guide Seal Company’s financial strategy and planning with a focus on long term stability and growth. Since joining the company in 2021, she has strengthened financial operations and built systems that help teams work smarter and stay focused on what matters most, serving customers and driving innovation.
With more than 20 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership, Wendy is known for her optimism, steady leadership, and an easy laugh that brightens every room she walks into. She approaches every challenge with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others succeed, believing that teamwork and trust drive lasting success.
Outside of work, Wendy finds joy in spending time with her close knit family and friends, traveling, attending concerts, and caring for her five dogs. Proud of her Indian heritage and her roots in Oklahoma, she brings energy, empathy, and balance to everything she does.
Chris Barger
Senior Manager of Engineering
Chris leads Seal Company’s Engineering and Aerospace & Defense divisions, where precision, reliability, and innovation are paramount. With years of hands on experience and a deep understanding of manufacturing and technical challenges, Chris blends engineering excellence with a customer focused mindset that drives Seal Company’s reputation for quality.
Known for his passion, conviction, and belief in the power of teamwork, Chris approaches every challenge with the mindset that solutions should make a real difference in the world. Chris’s optimism, drive, and commitment to excellence inspire his teams to reach higher every day, because at Seal Company we change the world one solution at a time.
Mark Flemings
Senior Manager of Logistics
Mark brings decades of leadership and operational expertise to his role as Senior Manager of Logistics at Seal Company. Before joining Seal Company, he retired from Verizon Communications after a successful 22 year career where he developed a deep commitment to efficiency, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
Known for his steady leadership and forward thinking approach, Mark focuses on building strong teams and driving continuous improvement across logistics operations. He believes in leading with vision and optimism, qualities that align perfectly with Seal Company’s mission and future growth.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys time with his wife of 39 years, Nancy, along with his favorite pastimes: riding motorcycles and fishing with his grandson.
Michelle McGonigal
Human Resources Manager
Michelle McGonigal serves as Human Resources Manager for Seal Company Enterprises, bringing more than 30 years of experience in human resources, accounting, and payroll. She combines a strategic mindset with a people first approach, working closely with leadership to develop policies, support employee growth, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Michelle’s diverse background in HR, accounting, and payroll provides valuable operational insight that strengthens collaboration and compliance across the organization. She is passionate about creating a culture where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to do their best work.
Outside the office, Michelle enjoys life on her ranch in Pawnee County, where she spends time with family, rides horses, and enjoys hunting and fishing.
