Fees for Compliance Documentation

To offset the significant administrative and technical costs associated with preparing, verifying, and maintaining this detailed data, Seal Company applies a fee for processing compliance data requests.

  • Fee: $250 per category of compliance information requested.
  • Data Availability: Compliance data is available for products for up to 12 months from their date of shipment.

How to Request Compliance Information

To request compliance documentation, Seal Company requires a formal purchase order. Please ensure your purchase order includes the following details:

  1. A clear statement of which categories of compliance information are being requested (e.g., RoHS Declaration, REACH SVHC Statement, PFAS Information).
  2. The specific part numbers covered by your request.
  3. The date of your last receipt for each part number (to help us locate the relevant batch information and confirm data availability).
Once we are in receipt of your complete purchase order, we will process your request. The requested information will be supplied in PDF or Excel format.
